Job summary

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, and 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Generative AI, LLM application, or Agentic AI solution development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills for AI application and API development (e.g., FastAPI), including asynchronous patterns and clean, testable code.
• Solid software engineering background with experience building and deploying cloud applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI or RAG applications with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, LLM APIs, embeddings, vector or hybrid search, knowledge retrieval, grounding, and citations.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable frameworks, including tool-calling workflows and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing and troubleshooting complex queries against Azure SQL or SQL Server.
• Exposure to agent-quality practices such as prompt engineering, test datasets, LLM-based evaluation, and safety checks.
• Experience designing or developing AI solutions that support business decision-making through reasoning, recommendation generation, impact analysis, prioritization, explainability, and actionable insight delivery.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Docker containerization, application observability, asynchronous patterns, secure integrations, relational databases, and data-access patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with distributed teams across time zones
