Job summary

Incedo Inc. seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions for a Clinical Pharmacovigilance program. The role emphasizes hands-on GenAI engineering with focus on RAG, orchestration, tool integration, reliability, and enterprise deployment.

The ideal candidate will work on integrating AI into enterprise systems, ensuring observability, and maintaining robust, safe AI applications in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on GenAI engineering experience.
• Proficient in building AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with RAG architectures and LangChain.
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Focus on evaluation, guardrails, observability, error handling, and responsible AI.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions for a Clinical Pharmacovigilance / PV Safety program. The role requires strong hands‑on GenAI engineering experience with focus on RAG, orchestration, tool integration, reliability, and enterprise deployment.

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions
• Strong experience with RAG architectures and GenAI application development
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Experience working with vector databases / vector search
• Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and agent orchestration
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise APIs, databases, and external systems
• Understanding of evaluation, guardrails, observability, error handling, and responsible AI
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Multi‑agent workflows and human‑in‑the‑loop architectures
• Azure OpenAI or similar enterprise LLM platforms
• Azure AI Search / other vector search platforms
• API and microservices development
• Docker, CI/CD, and cloud‑native deployment
• Experience with secure enterprise GenAI applications
