Job summary

Wilco Source in Pune, India, is hiring Lead AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI) to design and implement agent-based AI solutions. You will build multi-agent orchestration, integrate LLMs, and develop cloud-native APIs and services.

The role requires hands-on expertise with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure OpenAI, and healthcare system integrations (Epic, FHIR/HL7). You will collaborate with architects and clinical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Senior AI Engineer: 5-8 years of experience.
• Lead AI Engineer: 8-12+ years of experience.
• Hands-on with Agentic AI development using LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
• Expertise in Python and modern full-stack development.
• Experience with APIs, Microservices, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and RAG frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI development using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in Python and modern full-stack development technologies.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure AI Search, and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, Microservices, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and RAG frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare, Clinical, or Patient Engagement domain experience.
