Responsabilités

• Develop and implement standard work for AI projects, creating templates, rhythms, and reporting structures.
• Translate business strategy into actionable AI project portfolios with measurable targets.
• Coordinate across P&Ls and functional leaders to share best practices and reusable code/models.
• Monitor progress of work streams and flag roadblocks to keep projects on schedule.

Job Description

• Operational Standardization: Develop and implement standard work for AI projects, creating templates, project management rhythms, and reporting structures for the five work streams.


• Strategy Alignment: Translate top-level business strategy into actionable project portfolios, ensuring every AI initiative has clear, measurable productivity targets.


• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate inter-departmental communication between P&Ls and functional leaders to break down silos and encourage the sharing of best practices and reusable code/models.


• Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of work streams, flagging roadblocks to the Head of AI and providing the necessary support to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management or digital transformation within complex industrial environments.


• Strong change management skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.


• Deep understanding of business process re-engineering and performance metrics.


• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, AI or Data Science or Equivalent.
