Job summary

Santriya Technologies is seeking an AI-Enabled Supply Chain Executive to coordinate demand, supply, inventory and fulfilment activities using AI-assisted forecasts and exception management to improve service, stock availability and operating efficiency.

The role focuses on monitoring planning parameters, lead times and master data while collaborating with procurement, warehouse, logistics, sales and finance to balance demand and supply and reduce exceptions across the end-to-end chain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand, inventory, and delivery plans for assigned products.
• Use AI forecasts and anomaly alerts as decision support.
• Manage stockouts, excess, delay, capacity and allocation exceptions across teams.
• Maintain planning parameters, lead times, minimums, calendars and master data with change control.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, sales and finance on priorities.
• Track service level, fill rate, forecast accuracy, inventory turns and ageing.
• Document assumptions, overrides and root causes so models and processes can improve.
• Escalate customer, compliance, temperature/safety or high-value product risks promptly.
• AI-enabled ways of working: Use GenAI copilots, enterprise search/RAG, analytics and workflow agents to reduce repetitive work.
• Keep prompts, outputs and automated actions within approved data-access, confidentiality and retention rules.
• Correct inaccurate summaries, classifications or recommendations before they become records.
• Feed recurring AI errors and process friction into product improvement.
• Human accountability: AI is a copilot, not the accountable decision-maker.

Job description

• Santriya Technologies is seeking an AI-Enabled Supply Chain Executive to coordinate demand, supply, inventory and fulfilment activities using AI-assisted forecasts and exception management to improve service, stock availability and operating efficiency.
• Product & documentation operating model: You will be assigned one or more company products, client solutions or operational services.
• The approved product documentation, SOPs, policies, process maps, knowledge articles, release notes, controls, scripts and AI runbooks are the source of truth.
• Use only approved enterprise AI tools to retrieve, summarize, draft, classify, prioritize or automate work.
• Validate material AI outputs against current documentation and authoritative system data, record exceptions, and escalates conflicts or missing guidance.
• Do not invent product features, prices, customer entitlements, engineering limits, regulatory positions or safety instructions.

• The role holder remains responsible for judgement, quality, privacy, security and appropriate escalation.
• Credit, fraud blocking, legal/regulatory, financial advice, safety-critical, clinical, employment and other high-impact decisions must follow delegated authority and required human review.
