Job summary

Santriya Technologies in Chennai district seeks an AI-Enabled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee LV/MV systems, panels, VFDs, UPS, and automation interfaces with AI-backed diagnostics and energy analytics. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain reliability.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing trends, validating AI outputs against OEM data, and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience with LV/MV systems, drives and panels is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled diagnostics or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for LV/MV systems, panels, motors, VFDs, UPS, chargers and facility electrical assets.
• Use trend and anomaly analytics to identify overheating, overload, harmonics, abnormal current or emerging failure indicators.
• Verify AI findings using approved test equipment, schematics, OEM data and engineering limits.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns while following LOTO, permit and electrical safety procedures.
• Maintain CMMS work orders, test results, spares, fault codes and change records.
• Coordinate with automation, mechanical, facilities and OEM teams on integrated equipment faults.
• Support energy efficiency and power quality improvement using measured data.
• Ensure protection settings, interlocks and safety circuits are changed only through authorized engineering control.
• AI-enabled ways of working: Use approved GenAI copilots, enterprise search/RAG, analytics and workflow agents to reduce repetitive work and improve decision preparation.

• Santriya Technologies is seeking an AI-Enabled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain electrical distribution, drives, motors, panels and automation interfaces with AI-supported diagnostics, energy analytics and controlled maintenance practices.
• Product & documentation operating model: You will be assigned one or more company products, client solutions or operational services.
• The approved product documentation, SOPs, policies, process maps, knowledge articles, release notes, controls, scripts and AI runbooks are the source of truth.
• Use only approved enterprise AI tools to retrieve, summarize, draft, classify, prioritize or automate work.
• Validate material AI outputs against current documentation and authoritative system data, record exceptions, and elevate conflicts or missing guidance.
• Do not invent product features, prices, customer entitlements, engineering limits, regulatory positions or safety instructions.
