You will also build and integrate multi-agent AI workflows as part of Citizens'' emerging AI/automation practice Roles ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, build, and deliver end-to-end features across React/Angular frontends and Java/Node.js microservices, integrated with REST APIs and Kafka-based event streams.- Own prompt structuring, validation, and refinement for AI-generated code ensuring correctness, security compliance, and adherence to Citizens'' engineering standards.- Leverage AI coding agents (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) by authoring customisations agents, skills, hooks, MCP servers, and plugins to accelerate development without sacrificing quality.- Build multi-agent AI applications using Agent SDKs to orchestrate workflows where agents collaborate or hand off tasks to each other.- Implement and champion test-driven development (TDD) across unit, integration, and contract testing layers using Jasmine/Jest/Karma.- Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and cloud-native deployments on AWS/Azure using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).- Maintain observability standards structured logging (ELK/Datadog), alerting (Prometheus/Grafana/AppDynamics), and performance profiling.- Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams to translate business goals into scalable, compliant technical solutions.- Manage parallel workstreams and evolving requirements, ensuring incremental and continuous value delivery through agile practices.
