LTM is seeking a GenAI Engineer to design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on Azure. You will build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and scalable APIs that integrate LLMs into enterprise applications while ensuring production readiness and observability.

The role requires strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with Azure AI services, LangChain/LangGraph, and prompt engineering. Hybrid work across India is available.

• 7+ years of IT and software development experience.
• 3 years hands-on Azure Cloud AI experience.
• 2 years in Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI Agents.

Role Overview

We are seeking a GenAI Engineer who can design develop and deploy enterprisegrade Generative AI solutions including RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG pipelines and LLM based applications on Azure This role combines handson development with best practices for LLMOps to ensure scalability reliability and production readiness The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python Azure AI services and modern GenAI frameworks along with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions

Experience Requirements

• 7 years of overall experience in core IT and software development
• 3 years of handson experience with Azure Cloud with AI technologies
• 2 years of experience in Generative AI RAG LLMs Azure OpenAI LangChainLangGraph and related technologies in building AI Agents
