Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India seeks a Tech Lead / Senior AI Developer for Bengaluru to drive enterprise AI initiatives within the AI Center of Excellence. You will design scalable, production-ready AI applications using LLMs, RAG, NLP, OCR, and Azure AI Services, collaborating with architects, analysts, and automation developers.

You will spearhead Azure-based cloud-native solutions, implement responsible AI practices, and contribute across the lifecycle from design to deployment,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with AI/GenAI.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI/Claude, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with OCR platforms such as Azure Document Intelligence or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or .NET/C#.
• Experience with Azure cloud, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, and responsible AI practices.

We're hiring an AI Developer to join the AI Center of Excellence (COE), building enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, NLP, OCR, and Azure AI Services. The role focuses on designing scalable, production-ready AI applications for Finance & Accounting automation while collaborating with architects, business analysts, and automation developers.
