AI Developer role to design and build AI-powered automation and applications using prompt engineering, OpenAI APIs, Node.js, and Vibe Coding tools. The position is an in-person role based in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh, requiring 2–3 years of relevant experience and responsibility for integrating AI models, building chatbots and automation, and optimizing AI-assisted development workflows.

Job Description

We are hiring an AI Developer to build AI-powered solutions that automate workflows, improve productivity, and transform ideas into scalable applications. The role focuses on prompt engineering, integrating OpenAI APIs and other AI models, building chatbots and automation modules, and using Vibe Coding tools and AI coding assistants to accelerate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams or clients to gather AI project requirements and understand business workflows.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications, chatbots, smart assistants, and automation systems.
• Perform prompt engineering and optimize AI-generated outputs.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs and other AI models into applications and platforms.
• Use Vibe Coding platforms/tools and AI coding assistants to generate, optimize, and manage AI-assisted development workflows.
• Create scalable backend integrations using Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Test, debug, and improve AI workflows for performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with AI technologies, Vibe Coding trends, and development practices.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI model integrations.
• Knowledge of Node.js, REST APIs, backend development, and version control (Git).

• Good debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently on live projects.
• Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh (in‑person / WFO only).
• Work schedule: 6 days a week; 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1st & 3rd Saturday off).
• Notice period: Stated as 4 months mandatory; maximum 15 days notice acceptable for joining priority.
• Leave: 6 paid leaves (terms applied).
• Interview rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, Practical).
• Immediate hiring priority; candidates should be able to join quickly.

Compensation

• Budget listed: ₹15,000 monthly (professional tax and insurance deduction exclusive).
• Another pay note: From ₹10,000 per month.
