Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an AI / Data Scientist to analyze telecom network data across RAN, Core, IP, and service domains. You will develop KPI models, build ML solutions for anomaly detection, and create data pipelines for feature engineering.

The role collaborates with AI/LLM teams, supports digital twin and graph analytics, and aligns data models with TMF SID/Open APIs. Remote-friendly with flexible schedules and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in AI/Data Science fields.
• Experience analyzing telecom network data across RAN/Core/IP/SD-WAN/Cloud/OSS domains.
• Strong background in KPI modelling and performance analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ML for anomaly detection and proactive assurance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze telecom network data across RAN, Core, IP, Transport, SD-WAN, Cloud, OSS, and service domains.
• Develop KPI models for performance, quality, faults, customer impact, capacity, and resilience.
• Build ML models for anomaly detection, fault prediction, root-cause analysis, and proactive assurance.
• Create data pipelines for aggregation, cleansing, enrichment, and feature engineering.
• Support digital twin and graph analytics for topology, dependencies, service impact, and fault propagation.
• Develop network data quality, correlation, and entity resolution frameworks.
• Enable AIOps use cases such as alarm reduction, incident prioritization, predictive maintenance, and RCA.
• Collaborate with AI/LLM teams to provide datasets, features, embeddings, and metadata for RAG and AI agents.
• Align network data models with TMF SID/Open API standards.
