About the Role

We're looking for a confident, articulate, creative, and client-focused Business Analyst to join NamiNaya, an exciting new AI-powered fashion and creative media venture launching in January 2027.

NamiNaya is an AI modeling agency offering full-service AI-powered fashion shoots.

Send your product. Pick your model. We handle the rest.

We're building a new way for fashion brands, retailers, D2C labels, and creators to produce professional fashion campaigns using AI-generated models, virtual photoshoots, and creative content.

You'll work directly with clients, understand their creative vision, translate requirements into clear production briefs, coordinate with AI artists and creative teams, and ensure outstanding results.

This role brings together business analysis, AI technology, fashion, digital media, creative production, and client relationships.

What You'll Do

Client Communication & Business Analysis

• Lead client discovery and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Understand client expectations, brand identity, and creative goals.
• Conduct engaging presentations, service demonstrations, and creative walkthroughs.
• Translate client ideas into clear project briefs, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Manage client feedback, revisions, timelines, and approvals.
• Build strong relationships with fashion brands, retailers, and creative partners.

AI Fashion & Creative Production

• Coordinate AI-powered fashion shoots, virtual modeling, and creative campaigns.
• Work with AI artists, designers, editors, and production teams.
• Help select suitable AI models, styles, settings, and visual concepts for campaigns.
• Review creative outputs for quality, brand consistency, and client expectations.
• Support the development of campaign concepts, mood boards, and visual references.
• Explore emerging AI tools for image generation, video production, and creative automation.

Project Management & Delivery

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and production schedules.
• Coordinate between clients, creative teams, and technology teams.
• Lead client status meetings and provide clear progress updates.
• Identify potential issues early and work proactively to resolve them.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and agreed timelines.

Business Growth & Innovation

• Research fashion trends, emerging AI technologies, and creative industry developments.
• Identify ways to improve NamiNaya's services and customer experience.
• Contribute ideas for new creative services, campaign packages, and AI-powered offerings.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams on client presentations and proposals.
• Support leadership on special projects, product improvements, and growth initiatives.

Compensation

₹5–12 LPA, based on experience, skills, and demonstrated potential.

Work Setup

On-site role in Noida.

Opportunity to work directly with international clients and global fashion brands. Some client meetings may take place during evening hours, with flexible work timings where required.
