Job description

We are seeking an experienced AI Chief Architect to define and drive the architecture strategy for next-generation AI-powered platforms, intelligent automation ecosystems, and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing enterprise-scale AI architecture frameworks, orchestration strategies, governance models, security controls, and integration patterns across distributed environments.

What You'll Do:

• Define enterprise-wide target architecture for AI platforms, intelligent orchestration systems, and multi-agent ecosystems.
• Establish architecture blueprints across device, workstation, cloud, edge, and regional deployment layers.
• Define integration contracts, interface specifications, and data models supporting AI-driven environments.
• Design and govern end-to-end orchestration frameworks covering Goal intake, Task planning, DAG orchestration, Service discovery, Agent selection, Intelligent routing, Task execution, Monitoring, Result aggregation.
• Architect scalable multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making and workflow execution.
• Drive AI platform architecture reviews and technical governance processes.
• Establish enterprise architecture principles for Security, Privacy, Trust, Compliance, Resilience, Reliability, Observability, Operational Excellence.
• Define AI governance frameworks, architectural guardrails, and implementation standards.
• Develop strategies for secure communication and coordination among distributed AI agents.
• Create reference architectures for enterprise AI adoption and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and business teams to drive architecture alignment.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, orchestration frameworks, and automation platforms.
• Lead technical design reviews and architecture decision-making processes.
• Identify architectural risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish delivery readiness frameworks and architectural quality checkpoints.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, performance, and operational efficiency of AI platforms.
• Mentor architects, principal engineers, and technical leaders.
• Support strategic customer discussions and executive-level technology engagements.
• Influence long-term AI and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 15-20 years of experience in enterprise software architecture, platform architecture, or solution architecture.
• Extensive experience designing large-scale AI, automation, and intelligent workflow platforms.
• Deep expertise in multi-agent architectures and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of autonomous AI systems, reasoning engines, planning systems, and decision intelligence.
• Experience designing AI-powered enterprise platforms and intelligent automation solutions.
• Ability to define architectural patterns for agent communication, coordination, delegation, and execution.
• Proven experience building and governing enterprise orchestration platforms.
• Expertise in workflow orchestration, DAG planning, service orchestration, and intelligent routing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of distributed workflow execution and task lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing models.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven ability to define target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience designing integration frameworks and enterprise-scale architectural blueprints.
• Expertise in API-led architecture and system interoperability.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and service-oriented architectures.
• Deep understanding of AI security principles and secure AI system design.
• Experience implementing AI governance frameworks and enterprise compliance controls.
• Expertise in privacy, trust, policy enforcement, and responsible AI practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations for AI systems.
• Experience defining architectural controls for secure and trustworthy AI adoption.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks for AI and intelligent automation systems.
• Strong experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native platforms.
• Expertise in high-availability, fault-tolerant, and resilient system architectures.
• Experience architecting globally distributed applications and services.
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering.
• Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints and operational needs.
• Experience defining observability architectures and monitoring frameworks.
• Knowledge of telemetry, tracing, logging, alerting, and operational analytics.
• Ability to establish reliability and resilience practices for enterprise platforms.
• Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven success leading architecture practices within large organizations.
• Strong experience mentoring architects, engineering leaders, and technical teams.
• Ability to conduct architecture reviews and enforce governance standards.
