Mercor is seeking an AI Chat Generalist to craft concise, realistic prompts that mirror real user queries and to collaborate with the AI assistant on tasks. You will guide the AI, answer questions, correct errors, and evaluate the experience, delivering clear feedback on performance.

This remote contract requires about 10 hours per week and daily collaboration with the AI team. Strong English writing is essential, and familiarity with AI chat tools will help you succeed in this role.
