Hirely is recruiting qualified candidates on behalf of one of our hiring partners for a remote AI Generalist opportunity supporting a leading AI lab in benchmarking and improving advanced AI models.

We seek detail-oriented postgraduate students and professionals with strong research, analytical, and written communication skills to create high-quality evaluation materials, gather information from multiple sources, and summarize findings accurately while working independently.

About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented professionals and postgraduate students with strong research, analytical, and written communication skills. You will create high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to help train and improve cutting-edge AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop challenging research questions and high-quality reference answers for AI model evaluation.
• Gather and analyze information from multiple online sources.
• Research unfamiliar topics and summarize findings accurately.
• Create structured evaluation materials to benchmark advanced language models.
• Assess information quality, accuracy, and reasoning.
• Follow project guidelines and maintain high standards of accuracy.

Who We're Looking For

• Professionals with backgrounds in STEM or non-STEM fields.
• Postgraduate students currently pursuing Master's studies.
• Candidates who have recently completed Master's studies.
• Strong online research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written communication and information-summarization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow structured instructions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree (currently pursuing or recently completed), OR
• Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong research, reasoning, and communication skills.
• Ability to gather, verify, and summarize information from diverse sources.

Mandatory Technical Requirement

• Must own a MacBook or Mac computer.
• Must have an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor.
• Device must be running macOS 15 or higher.

Compensation & Commitment

• $40-$80 per hour
• Fully remote
• Part-time commitment of approximately 10-20 hours per week.
