Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a seasoned AI/GenAI consultant to partner with business stakeholders in Bengaluru. You will identify AI use cases, document requirements, and evaluate architectures for responsible AI solutions. Collaborate with AI Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and PMs to deliver end-to-end AI initiatives.

You will help design AI agents and RAG-based solutions, run workshops, ensure governance, and apply Agile methods to deliver impactful AI products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with focus on AI/ML or GenAI initiatives.
• 3+ years working with AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LLMs and AI ecosystems.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Ensure explainability, traceability, governance, and responsible AI practices are considered during solution design.
• Assist in AI product delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Evaluate AI outputs, risks, and business adoption strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years focused on AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI ecosystems.
• Experience working with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agent frameworks.
• Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge management approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
