Job summary

You will lead architecture, cloud deployment, and responsible AI practices while coordinating with stakeholders and driving pre-sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI agent solutions.
• Develop AI-powered automation and conversational apps using OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain; Microsoft Copilot/Agent.
• Integrate vector DBs, semantic search, APIs, and enterprise data platforms.
• Drive AI architecture, cloud deployment, CI/CD, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, budgeting, risk management, and client engagements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and support pre-sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI/ML, cloud platforms, enterprise integration, and AI governance, along with excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI agent solutions.
• Develop AI-powered automation and conversational AI applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, and Microsoft Copilot/Agent Framework.
• Integrate vector databases, semantic search, APIs, and enterprise data platforms.
• Drive AI architecture, cloud deployment, CI/CD, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, budgeting, risk management, and client engagements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and support pre-sales activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Knowledge of advanced RAG techniques, hybrid search, reranking, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, observability, evaluation frameworks, and production monitoring.
• Familiarity with enterprise digital transformation and AI adoption strategies.
• Experience managing project risks, budgets, technical teams, and customer expectations.
