Crew Kraftorz LLP, Bengaluru, is seeking an AI-native, hands-on specialist to turn AI capabilities into practical solutions that streamline operations across departments. You will build AI-powered workflows, develop agents, and connect tools via APIs and MCP integrations, working with Claude Code, GitHub and Vercel to deploy automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or experimenting with AI-powered applications, agents or automation workflows.
• Working knowledge of Claude Code, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Git and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Ability to connect AI tools to real information sources, APIs or external systems.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear, structured instructions.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to test solutions independently, identify failures and troubleshoot effectively.
• Curiosity to learn new tools and technologies and apply them to real business problems.
• A demonstrable portfolio of AI projects, prototypes or workflows.

• Ensure appropriate handling of client data, information security and AI governance requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver practical, reliable, scalable solutions.

About the Company

Our client is an integrated creative, content, media and digital experience agency working with clients across building products, food services, financial services, healthcare and retail.

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-native, curious and hands-on individual who can turn AI capabilities into practical solutions that improve everyday business operations.

You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across account management, creative, media, digital experience, analytics and marketing automation to build AI-powered workflows, connect applications, automate repetitive tasks and create reusable internal knowledge systems.

This is a hands-on building role, not a strategy-only, research-only or documentation position. You should be comfortable experimenting, troubleshooting, testing and continuously improving solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive business processes across multiple departments.


• Develop AI agents and connect AI tools with business applications using APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.


• Work with tools such as Claude Code, AI APIs, GitHub and Vercel to develop and deploy automation solutions.


• Create reusable prompts, instructions, knowledge libraries and workflows that teams can easily adopt.


• Automate meeting summaries, task creation, reporting, campaign analysis, content production and project tracking.


• Connect applications such as Asana, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, HubSpot, Xero, Fireflies and analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe, WordPress, GA4 or marketing automation platforms.
