Job summary

Moder Solutions is seeking an AI Automation QA engineer to lead AI-powered test automation across Mortgage, Banking, and Digital platforms. You will leverage Copilot, OpenAI API, and LangChain to build intelligent agents and scalable automation, driving efficiency and quality.

You will design and implement AI-enabled testing strategies, author robust test scripts in Java/Python, and ensure CI/CD integration for continuous delivery. WFO with shift timing supports India operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software Testing and Quality Engineering with automation focus.
• Experience automating with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Services or similar AI platforms.
• Hands-on with OpenAI API and LangChain for orchestrating LLM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered test automation and quality assurance for Mortgage, Banking, and Digital platforms.
• Build self-healing AI agents using LangChain to navigate UIs and run end-to-end workflows.
• Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (Java, Selenium, Playwright, Python).
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for complex systems.
• Validate data backend using SQL and support ETL/data migration tests.
• Embed automated suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to lead AI-powered test automation and quality engineering initiatives across our Mortgage, Banking, and Digital platforms. You will leverage Copilot, the OpenAI API, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain to build intelligent agents and advanced automation setups. This role focuses on optimizing testing efficiency, eliminating manual overhead, and accelerating software delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Quality Engineering: Utilize Copilot and generative AI tools to automate test planning, synthetic data generation, test case creation, script creation and automated defect analysis.
• Agentic Automation: Design, build, and deploy self-healing AI agents using LangChain and the OpenAI API to navigate complex user interfaces and execute end-to-end business workflows.
• Framework Development: Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Playwright or Python.
• Domain Testing: Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for complex mortgage and banking systems.
• Data & Backend Validation: Perform robust backend validation using complex SQL queries, supporting ETL processes and data migration testing.
• CI/CD Integration: Embed automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and DevOps practices.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate domain requirements into comprehensive test strategies.
• Mentorship & Innovation: Guide team members on AI-enabled testing approaches and continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 8+ years in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, and Test Automation with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Services, or similar AI platforms implementing AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation, or intelligent workflow automation.
• AI & LLM Engineering: Hands-on experience building automation solutions using the OpenAI API and orchestrating LLM workflows with LangChain.
• AI Productivity: Proficiency in using AI coding assistants like Copilot for faster framework development and test maintenance.
• Core Automation: Expertise with browser automation tools (Playwright, Selenium) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms like UiPath.
• Programming: Strong coding skills in Java or Python, with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Data & Databases: Advanced SQL skills with experience verifying data pipelines, ETL processes, and relational databases.
• Cloud: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Banking, Mortgage, or Financial Services platforms is highly desirable.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in Software Testing, AI tools will be an added advantage.
