Job summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to translate documented workflows into AI agents, automations, and tools for consultants. You will prototype solutions, integrate systems, and support adoption with the AI Innovation team and consulting teams.

You will build AI-enabled workflows using Claude Code, Codex, and n8n, focusing on rapid delivery, measurable impact, and smooth rollout across SharePoint and Azure endpoints.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of combined software engineering and AI or automation experience
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills
• Understanding of APIs and version control
• Understanding of basic software deployment
• Hands-on experience building AI or automation projects
• Ability to work with ambiguous problem statements
• Strong engineering fundamentals and rapid prototyping ability

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled consulting workflows using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, n8n
• Prototype and iterate automation solutions quickly with consulting teams
• Instrument automations to measure usage and time saved
• Own the technical delivery of one to two accelerators each year from build to deployment
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint and Azure and approved LLM endpoints
• Document architecture, prompts and limitations; support rollout through bug triage
• Implement usability improvements and minor feature enhancements

Beghou Consulting is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to build AI-enabled and partially or fully automated versions of consulting workflows. The role focuses on turning documented business workflows into working AI agents, automations and tools that consultants can adopt. The engineer will work closely with the AI Innovation team and consulting teams, rapidly prototype solutions, integrate approved systems and LLM endpoints, and support deployment and early user adoption.

Minimum Qualifications

• Familiarity with at least one LLM API such as Claude, GPT or Gemini
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or custom Python
• Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems or agent frameworks
• Prior consulting or analytics experience
• Open-source AI tooling contributions or public project portfolio
