Role Overview

This role combines architectural leadership and hands‑on development to design and build enterprise‑grade AI platforms. The candidate will lead the development of AI‑driven systems including LLM orchestration, agent‑based workflows, and scalable microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Strategy

• Define end-to-end AI architecture including LLM, RAG, and orchestration layers
• Drive long-term AI platform strategy and technology roadmap
• Evaluate frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Spring AI

AI Engineering & Development

• Design and develop AI‑powered enterprise applications
• Implement agent‑based orchestration workflows
• Build natural language interfaces and automation systems

LLM & RAG Systems

• Integrate LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock
• Design prompt engineering and context strategies
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines

Backend & Integration

• Develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement REST APIs and event‑driven systems using Kafka
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
• Implement CI/CD pipelines

Observability & Performance

• Implement monitoring using OpenTelemetry
