Job summary

Epam Systems in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled professional to coach and guide development teams on adopting GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding. You will help engineers integrate Copilot into daily workflows, driving adoption across projects and teams.

You will engage with stakeholders, run hands-on workshops, and gather feedback while aligning with SDLC standards and DevOps practices. Strong communication and coaching are essential for success.

• Help developers leverage AI-assisted coding for code generation, code optimization, documentation, and unit test creation.
• Understand team development workflows and recommend Copilot best practices.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and post-adoption activities for customer teams.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops.
• Collect adoption metrics, feedback, and improvement opportunities from teams.
• Prepare user guidance, process documentation, and best practice documents.
• Coordinate with scrum teams and support teams for issue resolution and enablement activities.
• Participate in client-facing discussions, status meetings, and adoption reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with Java, Python, Angular, or modern development technologies.
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and developer productivity solutions.
• Experience in platform adoption/support activities.
• Strong software development and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC, coding standards, and developer workflows.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
