- Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience strongly preferred.
- ERP systems experience (Oracle EBS or similar).
- Experience in regulated environments (medical/device/healthcare preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a Microsoft-aligned enterprise AI architecture (Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Power Platform).
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and comparable frameworks.
- Develop enterprise copilots integrated with Salesforce, ERP, and M365.
- Implement multi-agent workflows with multi-step reasoning and cross-system execution via APIs.
- Build agent capabilities including tool orchestration, memory management, and fallback logic.
- Manage agent lifecycle using GitHub (version control, CI/CD) and enterprise deployment pipelines.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for quotes, pricing intelligence, and forecasting.
- Ensure secure AI orchestration layers and governed access to sensitive data.

Our mission is to improve patient outcomes in target markets through innovative screening, diagnostic and treatment solutions. We manufacture and distribute a range of medical device products used in the diagnosis of human disorders of sensory system and neural pathways.
We are seeking a senior AI Architect to design and deploy a secure, scalable enterprise AI ecosystem that improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision‑making across the organization.
This role will focus on building and deploying agentic AI solutions and copilots that integrate with core enterprise systems (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ERP, finance, and M365). The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience delivering AI agents in production, particularly using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
This is a high‑impact role responsible for reducing manual work, preventing operational errors, and enabling AI‑driven automation across business functions in a governed, compliant environment.
- Design and implement a Microsoft‑aligned enterprise AI architecture (Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Power Platform)
- Define scalable, reusable AI patterns across business functions
- Establish reference architectures for enterprise AI adoption
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and comparable frameworks
- Develop enterprise copilots integrated with Salesforce, ERP, and M365
- Implement multi‑agent workflows capable of:
- Multi‑step reasoning and decision‑making
- Cross‑system execution via APIs
- Build agent capabilities including:
- Tool orchestration
- Prompt engineering strategies
- Memory / context management
- Failure handling and fallback logic
- Manage agent lifecycle using GitHub (version control, CI/CD) and enterprise deployment pipelines
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and comparable frameworks
- Improve quote accuracy and pricing intelligence (Salesforce Revenue Cloud)
- Detect and prevent order failures and integration errors
- Automate reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Enable AI‑driven email triage, summarization, and response drafting
- Support forecasting, anomaly detection, and planning
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce (Revenue Cloud, CRM)
- ERP systems (Oracle EBS or similar)
- Finance and reporting systems
- Build API‑first, event‑driven architectures
- Implement secure AI orchestration layers (MCP‑like or equivalent)
- Ensure governed access to sensitive and regulated data
- Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap
- Act as a strategic advisor to IT and business leadership
- Guide engineering teams on AI best practices and implementation
- Evaluate and standardize AI tools, frameworks, and vendors
- Drive cross‑functional adoption of AI
- Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to end users and team members
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Participate in global IT meetings and contribute to strategic planning
Travel may be required from time to time.
- 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or enterprise systems
- 5+ years delivering AI/ML or LLM‑based solutions in production
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents or copilots
- Salesforce (Revenue Cloud experience strongly preferred)
- ERP systems (Oracle EBS or similar)
- Enterprise data governance and security frameworks
- Experience in regulated environments (medical/device/healthcare preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
- Deployed AI agents or enterprise copilots
- Multi‑step or multi‑agent workflows integrated with business systems
- API‑integrated AI solutions interacting with enterprise platforms
- Preferred evidence: GitHub repositories or documented implementations
- Architecture diagrams and technical walkthroughs
- Demonstrated business impact (automation gains, error reduction, etc.)
