Job summary

Atcon Global is seeking a hands-on AI & Agentic Lead to design and deliver product-grade AI solutions for SMEs and enterprise clients. You will own technical delivery end-to-end, from design through deployment, with an emphasis on Copilot agents, Azure AI Foundry, and Python–React stacks.

You will develop reusable IP and frameworks, guide governance and engineering standards, and mentor consultants to raise delivery quality across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python engineering including API development, testing, and architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience delivering AI applications into production with agents, tool calling, retrieval, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to build or guide React frontends connected to secure Python services.
• Experience with Azure deployment, IAM, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Track record of creating reusable frameworks or delivery accelerators.
• Experience mentoring engineers and evaluating technical capability.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on AI & Agentic Lead to build product-grade AI solutions for SMEs and enterprise clients.

Our focus is on Copilot agents, solutions built with Azure AI Foundry, and custom applications combining Python backends with React frontends. You will turn business needs into reliable products, with security, usability, evaluation, and maintainability built in from day one.

Alongside client delivery, you will develop reusable IP and frameworks, guide technical innovation and governance, and strengthen our consulting team through practical technical evaluations.

Key responsibilities::

Build and deliver AI solutions

• Own technical delivery from solution design through implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Build agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, including enterprise integrations and business workflows.
• Develop custom AI applications with Python APIs and services, using React for user-facing experiences.
• Select the right approach for each client, balancing platform capabilities, customization, cost, and operational needs.
• Apply product-grade engineering from the start: automated testing, CI/CD, authentication, access controls, monitoring, and clear documentation.
• Define evaluations and acceptance criteria that demonstrate solution quality and business value.

Develop reusable assets and drive innovation

• Create reference architectures and accelerators for Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and custom AI solutions.
• Turn project experience into tested, documented assets that improve delivery speed and consistency.
• Evaluate emerging capabilities through practical experiments and benchmarks, bringing proven improvements into our delivery framework.

Embed governance and technical standards

• Establish engineering standards for secure, reliable, and maintainable AI applications.
• Build governance into solutions through data protection, agent permissions, human approval, audit trails, and evaluation.
• Lead architecture and code reviews, with attention to reliability, performance, cost, and supportability.
• Adapt controls to each client’s risk and operating requirements while keeping solutions practical to manage.

Develop team capability

• Define competency standards and practical assessments for Python, AI engineering, and Microsoft AI platform roles.
• Lead technical evaluations through code reviews, architecture discussions, and realistic implementation exercises.
• Assess candidates’ coding ability, engineering judgment, and readiness to deliver product-grade client solutions.
• Provide evidence-based hiring recommendations and mentor consultants through delivery work.

What you bring::

• Strong hands-on Python engineering skills, including API development, testing, and application architecture.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry, with the ability to work across our core stack.
