Job summary

Katyayani Organics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for an inside sales role as Agri Advisors in Hyderabad. You will converse with farmers in their language, understand crop issues, and guide orders with agronomic advice to drive sales.

Freshers with a B.Sc or Diploma in Agriculture, fluent in Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam (Hindi/English as needed) are welcome. Office-based role with structured training and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound farmer calls in their own language

• Maintain call, lead, and order records in the CRM
• Build farmer relationships that drive repeat purchases

We are hiring B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture graduates fluent in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam to join our inside sales team as Agri Advisors.
