Job summary

Katyayani Organics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Agri Advisor Interns in Hyderabad to speak with farmers in Kannada, understand crop issues, and recommend products. This inside sales internship includes structured training and potential growth to a full-time Agri Advisor role.

Fresh graduates with B.Sc or Diploma in Agriculture, fluent in Kannada, and proficient in Hindi or English are encouraged to apply. Office-based role with monthly stipend and performance guidance.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture (freshers welcome).
• Native/fluent Kannada speaker; working Hindi or English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound farmer calls in Kannada (and Hindi or English where needed).
• Understand crop issues and advise suitable products.
• Guide farmers in placing orders over the call.
• Work towards monthly call and sales targets with guidance from your team lead.
• Follow up on leads and pending orders over phone calls.
• Maintain call, lead, and order records in the CRM.
• Build farmer relationships that drive repeat purchases.

About the Role

We are hiring B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture graduates fluent in Kannada as Agri Advisor Interns in our inside sales team. You will speak with farmers from Karnataka over phone calls in Kannada, understand their crop, pest, and disease problems, recommend the right products, and help them place orders. You get structured product and sales training from day one, and interns who perform well move into a full-time Agri Advisor role.
