Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking an experienced RAN SME to lead cost analysis, budgeting, and optimization for the circle. You will provide second-level support to field teams for RAN and MW networks and manage spare parts for the circle to ensure continuous service levels.

The role emphasizes governance with IPs and vendors, asset and inventory discipline, and proactive planning to improve EBITA while maintaining uptime across RAN/MW nodes.

• Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of RAN/MW network.
• Technical skill set of optical and SONET network.

• Analytical and communication skill set.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and focused approached on network cost and reduction to improve the EBITA for the circle.
• Support to Zonal technical team members on RAN/MW nodes to improve the Network uptime in the cluster.
• Governance meeting with IP and telecom vendors to track the issues and resolution of issues in time.
• Plan and ensure the spares management in the circle to ensure that sites are not affected due to lack of spares. Also ensure the scrap and repairs ratio to improve month on month. Focus on reduction of scraps in the circles.
• Ensure discipline in Asset / Inventory / Spare management documentation to have right track of Network assets
