Job summary

G R Infraprojects is seeking an experienced QC/QA Lead to manage the project site's quality team and oversee all quality-related activities. The role requires ensuring compliance across earthwork, pavement, bituminous works, concrete works, and structures, in line with MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, and IS standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive QC/QA experience in highway/road projects.
• Experience leading a QC/QA team.
• Knowledge of MoRTH specs, IRC codes, IS standards.
• Ability to review and approve quality reports and test results, inspection records and other quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QC/QA team and oversee all quality-related activities at the project site.
• Ensure quality compliance across earthwork, pavement, bituminous works, concrete works, and structures.

• Ensure implementation of QAPs, ITPs, MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, and relevant IS standards.
• Review and approve quality reports, test results, inspection records, and other quality documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, Independent/Authority Engineers, consultants, and third-party laboratories for inspections and approvals.
• Identify quality deviations, manage NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct quality audits and coordinate with execution teams to maintain project quality standards.
