1. POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced AGM MEP Services with strong exposure to hospitality and hotel projects to lead the complete MEP services for large-scale hotel developments.
The candidate will be responsible for MEP design management, consultant coordination, tendering, procurement, execution, testing & commissioning and handover, ensuring that all systems meet the required hospitality standards, statutory requirements, project specifications, budget and programme.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in luxury / 5-star hotels, branded hotels, resorts or large hospitality developments, preferably having managed MEP services from design stage through project completion and operational handover.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. MEP DESIGN MANAGEMENT

• Lead MEP design development from concept design through IFC and construction stages.
• Review MEP design calculations, specifications, drawings and equipment schedules.
• Coordinate with Architect, Interior Designer, Structural, Landscape, Kitchen, Laundry, Fire & Life Safety, AV/IT and specialist consultants.
• Review MEP provisions for guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, banquet facilities and BOH areas.
• Ensure proper coordination of MEP services with architectural and interior design requirements.
• Review BIM / coordinated MEP models and resolve service clashes.
• Ensure adequate maintenance access and operational clearances.
• Identify design gaps and constructability issues at an early stage.
• Lead MEP value engineering and optimization.
