Job summary

ASP-RCM Solutions is seeking a Senior Coding Floor Lead to oversee daily and weekly execution on the coding floor, ensuring SLA delivery, productivity, staffing, and quality. You will lead through managers and team leads, accountable for meeting client commitments without accuracy slipping.

You will own planning for staffing, shift coverage, and floor-level performance, including new client onboarding and manager development, with strong accountability in client reviews.

Qualifications

• Mandatory AAPC or AHIMA coding certification (CPC, COC, CIC, CPMA, CRC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIA or RHIT), active and maintained.
• Ten+ years in medical coding with 4+ years leading managers or large coding teams.
• Experience running a coding floor against client SLAs with demonstrable metrics.

• Develop managers and team leads; onboard new clients.

This is the operating seat under the Director of Coding. When volume spikes or a client onboards, you are the person who makes the plan work.

What we look for: MANDATORY: active AAPC or AHIMA coding certification (CPC, COC, CIC, CPMA, CRC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIA or RHIT), current and maintained; Ten or more years in medical coding with four or more years leading managers or large coding teams; Has run a coding floor of meaningful scale against client SLAs, with the numbers to show it; Strong capacity planning and workforce management capability across shifts; Multi-specialty coding exposure and the ability to make allocation decisions across them; Comfortable being accountable in client-facing operational reviews
