Job summary

M3M is seeking a seasoned professional to lead contracts and commercial management for high-rise residential and commercial projects in India. The role covers tendering, BOQ, and QS analysis, along with risk allocation, variations, and dispute resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong command of FIDIC/standard contract forms, experience in claims and EOT, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP/SAP systems to ensure accurate financial control and timely bill certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil and MEP procurement and contract management.
• Knowledge of FIDIC/standard forms and contract law.
• Experience in claims, EOT, and dispute resolution.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP/contracts software (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Contracts & commercial management across Civil and MEP works in high-rise residential & commercial projects.
• Tendering, BOQ, and QS rate analysis, comparatives, and techno-commercial negotiation.
