Job summary

Radancy is seeking an Agile Project Coordinator for the UI Delivery Development and Support team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on maintaining visibility, prioritization, and smooth delivery through an Agile-esque Scrum-ban approach while collaborating with developers, PMs, and QA to keep intake and progress on track.

You will help surface blockers, track metrics, and provide leadership with delivery status and risk mitigation guidance in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination or delivery coordination within software development.
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum-ban) and transitions to Agile.
• Scrum Master/Agile Coordinator experience or certification desirable.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions between PMs, developers and QA.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to clarify priorities and risks.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with shifting priorities.
• Ability to track delivery metrics and leadership reporting.

• Provide reporting on project status, risks, blockers, and trends.

About The Role

As an Agile Project Coordinator for the Radancy UI Delivery Development and Support team based in the GDC India office, you will help keep UI delivery work clear, visible and moving. This role, partners closely with the Director of Engineering Delivery, supports an Agile-esque Scrum-ban process and works with developers, project managers, and QA teams to keep intake, prioritization, daily progress, blockers, and project status on track.

What does a great Agile Project Coordinator do?

• Support an Agile-esque Scrum-ban process for the Radancy UI Delivery Development and Support team.
• Ensure the intake process is followed and that tickets are clear, complete, well formed, and ready for development.
• Facilitate ticket prioritization with project managers and other stakeholders to keep the team focused on the right work.
• Participate in standups, planning discussions, review meetings, and other delivery ceremonies to help maintain visibility and alignment.
• Elicit daily development updates, track progress against active work, and ensure status is current across team boards and reporting channels.
• Surface blockers quickly and work with developers, project managers, QA, and other partners to remove them.
• Monitor project health, help keep delivery on track, and notify leadership when timelines, scope, or dependencies create risk.
• Analyze team metrics and agile KPIs to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide reporting on project status, risks, blockers, mitigation strategies, and delivery trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, delivery coordination, scrum coordination, or project management support within a software development environment.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum-ban; experience supporting a waterfall-to-agile transition is a plus.
• Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or similar agile delivery support experience preferred; ScrumMaster certification (CSM) is desirable.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different geographies, time zones, and cultures.
• General understanding of web development and related technologies, with the ability to follow technical discussions and help bridge communication between project managers, developers, and QA teams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to clarify priorities, surface risks, and help teams align on next steps.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and keep work moving with limited supervision.
• Comfortable tracking delivery metrics, agile KPIs, project status, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans for leadership reporting.
• Collaborative and practical, with a willingness to help the team stay focused, coordinated, and accountable.

Work Location

Hybrid Work Model: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in the Bengaluru office 3 times per week.
