Job description

Overview

Radancy is the global leader in talent acquisition software, helping employers attract and hire the right talent through AI-powered recruiting technology, data-driven insights, and world-class candidate experiences. Our platform enables organizations to streamline hiring, strengthen employer branding, and drive measurable recruitment outcomes at scale.

About The Role

Radancy's Global IT team is looking for a Network Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to help operate and support our enterprise network across a multi-site, hybrid-cloud environment.

Based in our Bengaluru office, you will be part of the team responsible for the day-to-day operation, availability, and performance of Radancy’s corporate network. This includes office connectivity, routing and switching, Palo Alto firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN services, enterprise wireless infrastructure, and network connectivity between our corporate environment and cloud platforms.

You will work closely with our Infrastructure Lead and global IT teams to troubleshoot incidents, implement network changes, maintain infrastructure, and reduce dependency on any single network resource. You will also help ensure reliable connectivity for approximately 1,000 employees across offices and remote locations globally.

This is a corporate IT infrastructure role. While the position supports network routes and connectivity into AWS environments used by our SaaS platform, it is not responsible for operating or delivering the application platform itself.

What does a great Senior Network Engineer do?
  • Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, including implementing approved firewall policy and threat-prevention changes.
  • Support and maintain Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN services for approximately 1,000 employees globally.
  • Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot site-to-site VPNs and other network connections between offices, data centers, cloud environments, and third parties.
  • Monitor network and VPN availability, investigate alerts, and resolve connectivity and performance issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot enterprise routing environments using BGP, OSPF, and core routing and switching technologies.
  • Support network connectivity and routing between corporate environments and AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Manage AWS networking components relevant to corporate and hybrid connectivity, including VPCs, route tables, subnets, gateways, and related routing.
  • Manage Azure networking components, including VNets, subnets, routing, peering, gateways, and related connectivity.
  • Support enterprise wireless infrastructure, including Ruckus access points or comparable platforms, wireless design, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain DNS, DHCP, IP address management, and other foundational network services.
  • Coordinate with internet service providers, telecommunications providers, network vendors, and other third parties supporting Radancy’s offices and network services.
  • Support network infrastructure and connectivity for offices across the United States, Europe, India, and other regions.
  • Plan and execute network firmware, software, and configuration updates through established testing, rollout, and change-management processes.
  • Maintain network configuration backups and support restoration or recovery activities when required.
  • Support the lifecycle of network hardware, including office deployments, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning.
  • Execute network changes through established change-management and Change Advisory Board processes.
  • Lead or contribute to root‑cause analysis following significant network incidents.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or high‑severity network issues, coordinating with the Infrastructure Lead and global IT teams as needed.
  • Support urgent network and firewall changes during security or operational incidents.
  • Maintain current network documentation, topology diagrams, inventories, operating procedures, and recovery documentation.
  • Cross‑train with other network and infrastructure resources to improve operational coverage and reduce single points of failure.
  • Track and report on network capacity, availability, performance, recurring incidents, and infrastructure lifecycle needs.
  • Partner with security, cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and other IT teams to maintain reliable connectivity and implement required network controls.
Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of hands‑on enterprise networking experience.
  • CCNA certification or equivalent demonstrated networking knowledge and experience.
  • Proven operational experience administering and troubleshooting Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Strong experience supporting Palo Alto GlobalProtect or a comparable enterprise remote‑access VPN platform.
  • Strong experience with site‑to‑site VPNs and hybrid network connectivity.
  • Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and enterprise routing and switching, with the ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues.
  • Experience supporting enterprise wireless infrastructure, with Ruckus experience preferred.
  • Experience with network monitoring, alert response, configuration management, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Working knowledge of AWS networking, including VPCs, subnets, route tables, gateways, and hybrid connectivity.
  • Working knowledge of Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, routing, peering, and gateways.
  • Experience supporting DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
  • Demonstrated discipline in change management, incident response, root‑cause analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently on operational issues while collaborating with an Infrastructure Lead on complex architecture and design decisions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Comfort collaborating with distributed teams across regions and time zones.
Preferred:
  • CCNP, PCNSE, or comparable advanced networking and firewall expertise.
  • Experience with network automation using scripting, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting corporate networks across multiple countries, regions, and office locations.
  • Experience coordinating with telecommunications providers, internet service providers, and network hardware or service vendors.
  • Experience supporting network connectivity into SaaS production or other business‑critical cloud environments.
  • Experience working in a global corporate IT environment with a combination of office, remote‑user, cloud, and on‑premises infrastructure.
