Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar).
• SAP Automation, Worksoft certify3+ years of experience leading Agile delivery for engineering or software development teams.
• Proven experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes within software engineering environments.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
