Experian is hiring an Agile Lead to support cloud modernization initiatives within Credit & Verification Services. The hybrid role is based in Hyderabad with approximately 40% office attendance monthly.

You will help teams deliver cloud-native applications and services while embedding Agile practices, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration across engineers, product owners, QA, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Scrum Master or similar roles.
• Experience supporting collaboration, transparency and shared accountability across teams.
• Experience using data and delivery metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams and stakeholders on Agile practices.

We are hiring an Agile Lead to support cloud modernization initiatives within Credit & Verification Services. This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, requiring approximately 40% office attendance each month.

In this role, you will support the delivery of the Ascend Cloud Foundation Platform backlog, working closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

You will help teams deliver cloud-native applications and services while embedding Agile ways of working, continuous improvement practices, and effective team collaboration.

You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Support one or more cross-functional teams in delivering business and customer value using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices across the product lifecycle, working closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Use team metrics and delivery data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support team effectiveness.
• Identify, track, and help resolve impediments that impact team delivery and flow.
• Promote Agile principles and practices across teams and stakeholders to support collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and psychologically safe team environment.
• Partner with Product Owners to align team activities with product objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support backlog planning, prioritization, and delivery activities.
• Contribute to Agile communities of practice by sharing knowledge, approaches, and lessons learned.
• Support the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile frameworks, tools, and delivery practices across the organization.

Working Environment

• Work with a network of Agile practitioners across the organization to share knowledge and delivery practices.
• Participate in learning and development opportunities that support Agile coaching, facilitation, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile delivery environments, including Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience using data and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement, helping teams deliver business value while maintaining quality.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and ways of working.
• Experience fostering an open, inclusive, and collaborative environment that supports team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
• Experience in facilitating change, and constructively challenging existing processes and ways of working.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation and the adoption of new delivery practices.
