Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an Agentic Automation Senior Analyst to design, develop, and deploy Copilot-powered solutions within Microsoft 365 apps from Hyderabad. You will build plugins, prompts, and workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.

Qualifications

• Overall 5+ years of experience in Software/Automation Development.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot capabilities and generative AI.

We are currently seeking a Agentic Automation Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Duties: Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications (such as Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Platform, and SharePoint).
• Build and integrate Copilot plugins, prompts, and workflows to automate and enhance business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify use cases, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Utilize Microsoft Graph, Azure OpenAI, and related APIs to enable intelligent, context-aware features.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance when working with Copilot and organizational data.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize Copilot solutions for performance and user experience.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for implemented Copilot features.

Minimum Skills Required: Required Skills & Qualifications

• Overall 5+ years of experience in the Software/Automation Development.
• 2+ years of experience developing solutions in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot capabilities, generative AI concepts, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integrating Copilot with business applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications related to AI, Azure, or Microsoft 365 (e.g., AI-102, MS-600, PL-400).
• Experience building chatbots, conversational AI, or custom plugins for Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise AI solutions.
