We are currently seeking a UiPath Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN‑KA), India (IN). Overview - NTT DATA is looking for an UiPath Developer with experience in UiPath to join a client‑facing project. The selected candidate will be involved in the development, maintenance, and optimization of automated processes, working closely with business and technical teams. Additionally, you will collaborate on a daily basis with the team based in Spain, being part of an international and multi‑site coordinated environment.

Responsibilities

• Core Delivery
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
  • Build end‑to‑end automation workflows aligned with business requirements
  • Analyze and identify processes suitable for automation (feasibility assessment)
• Maintenance & Support
  • Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Collaborate with international teams (e.g., Spain‑based teams) in a client‑facing setup
• Quality & Documentation
  • Participate in testing cycles (UAT) and ensure solution quality
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for processes and automations

Requirements

1. 1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 2. 4+ years of experience in implementing/designing solutions using RPA technologies
3. 3. Good hands‑on experience delivering enterprise‑scale applications and automation
4. 4. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps-driven environments
5. 5. Relevant Experience - Minimum 3+ years
6. 6. Critical thinker and good problem‑solver
7. 7. Good oral and written communication skills
8. 8. Cross‑team coordination and team collaboration (distributed/global teams)
9. 9. Good team player, self‑starter, and good analytical skills
10. 10. Good understanding about code quality, security standards, and programing best practices
