Job summary

Capco is seeking an AI Architect to lead solution design from business problems to target architectures, with emphasis on secure cloud patterns, scalable systems, and governance. You will drive multi-agent workflows, tool calling, and memory strategies while evaluating build-versus-buy options and ensuring security and resilience in financial services projects.

Collaborating with product, cloud, and AI governance teams, you will embed AIDLC stages and governance checkpoints throughout

Qualifications

• Architect and distributed systems; secure cloud architecture; API, data and identity integration.
• LLM, RAG and agentic patterns; tool calling, state and memory; agent evaluation; build-versus-buy trade-offs.
• Least-privilege tool access; prompt-injection defence; approval gates for risky actions; audit trails; model risk and residency.
• Defines AIDLC stages and gates; evaluation and release criteria; governance checkpoints; architecture decision records.
