Job summary

Zycus is seeking exceptional engineers and researchers to design and develop the core AI platform for autonomous enterprise software. You will work on autonomous AI agents, memory systems, planning engines, RAG, and long-term memory architectures, turning frontier AI research into production solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong Python skills, backgrounds in ML research, and a track record of translating ideas into working systems. Fresh PhDs and top M.Tech grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

What You'll Build

You will help design and develop the core technology behind Zycus' Agentic AI Platform, including:

What You'll Do

Research

• Read and implement cutting‑edge AI research
• Reproduce state‑of‑the‑art techniques from leading conferences and journals
• Evaluate emerging foundation models and reasoning architectures
• Prototype new ideas rapidly and validate them through experimentation
• Convert research into production‑grade software
• Build scalable AI infrastructure and services
• Design APIs, SDKs, and reusable AI platform components
• Optimize latency, cost, and reliability of AI systems

Work on problems such as:

• Multi‑agent coordination
• Memory management

• Reinforcement learning from feedback
• Long‑context reasoning
