Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is a dynamic digital acceleration company based in Coimbatore, India, hiring an experienced AI engineer to design agentic workflows and scale multi-agent systems on AWS.

You will lead the development of Python-based AI services, integrate LangChain/LangGraph pipelines with Bedrock, and drive performance improvements across RAG-enabled architectures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LangChain / LangGraph and multi-agent orchestration.
• AWS domain including AgentCore / Bedrock; RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Production deployment of AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows (planning, reasoning, tool use, orchestration) in Python.

Role Overview

Core builders of the agentic AI capability — designing and implementing multi-agent, LLM-powered workflows in Python on AWS, including AgentCore / Bedrock and RAG integrations.

Experience Profile

8–10 years of software / AI engineering with strong Python and hands-on agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities
