Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Pune seeks a senior GenAI/Agentic AI engineer to lead multi-agent system design and production deployments, focusing on agent orchestration and scalable LLM-based solutions.

The role requires 5-8 years IT experience and 3+ years in GenAI, with hands-on work on two production deployments and proficiency in Snowflake/Databricks, LangGraph, Langfuse, MLflow, and hyperscaler GenAI platforms. Pre-sales support is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Generative AI and Agentic AI development.
• Must have worked on at least 2 production projects or 2 customer deployments in GenAI/Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler GenAI platform.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph for agent orchestration.
• Exposure to DSLM (domain-specific/small language models).
• Hands-on experience with MLflow and/or Langfuse for LLMOps and observability.
• Experience supporting pre-Sales, solution design, and customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent systems with tool calling and memory management.
• Develop and tune LLMs and foundation models; manage prompts.
• Mitigate hallucinations and ensure reliability in RAG architectures.
• Data engineering fundamentals with Snowflake/Databricks.
• Model observability, monitoring, and cost-conscious engineering.
• Support pre-sales, solution design, and customer-facing engagements.

Required Experience

• 5-8 years of overall IT experience.
