Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is seeking an Agentic AI / Python Developer to design and implement multi-agent, LLM-powered workflows in Python on AWS, including Bedrock integration.

You will lead design, development, and deployment of AI services, work with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG pipelines, and mentor offshore junior developers.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python fundamentals.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience deploying AI services on AWS (AgentCore/Bedrock) with RAG.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows (planning, reasoning, tool use, orchestration) in Python.
• Implement LLM pipelines using LangChain / LangGraph and AWS AgentCore / Bedrock.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, data and vector stores (RAG).
• Optimise prompts, memory, orchestration and inference performance.
• Deploy, monitor and harden agentic services on AWS.
• Offshore senior developer leads the offshore AI sub-team, sets standards and mentors.

Role Overview

Core builders of the agentic AI capability — designing and implementing multi-agent, LLM-powered workflows in Python on AWS, including AgentCore / Bedrock and RAG integrations.

Experience Profile

8–10 years of software / AI engineering with strong Python and hands‑on agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities
