Job summary

iOPEX Technologies is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Lead to architect and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will leverage LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent architectures to build autonomous agents, deploying on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

You will design robust AI workflows with LangChain and LangGraph, fine-tune GPT‑4/5, and deliver scalable APIs with FastAPI while mentoring peers and aligning technical work with product goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML development experience with focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
• Proven experience designing Agentic AI systems and multi-agent frameworks.
• Hands-on with LLMs including fine-tuning and prompting.
• Strong skills in LangChain/ LangGraph for AI workflows.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and cloud deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Experience with FastAPI for RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and Git.
• Leadership and ability to drive technical initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Agentic AI systems utilizing LLMs, RAG, and multi‑agent architectures.
• Architect and develop robust solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph for complex AI workflows.
• Integrate and fine‑tune advanced Large Language Models, including GPT-4/5, for specific enterprise use cases.
• Develop and deploy high‑performance APIs and microservices using FastAPI for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI projects.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in AI development, MLOps, and software engineering.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and research findings to enhance existing systems and build new capabilities.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of deployed AI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on LLMs and Generative AI.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Agentic AI systems and multi‑agent frameworks.
• Deep understanding and hands‑on experience with LLMs, including fine‑tuning, prompting, and application development (e.g., GPT-4/5).
• Strong proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph for building complex LLM applications and agentic workflows.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases.
• Proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Demonstrable experience with FastAPI for building high‑performance RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deploying and managing AI services.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, leadership capabilities, and ability to drive technical initiatives.
