Job summary

Socnet Technologies Private Limited seeks a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to architect next-gen AI-driven products, from prototyping to production. This customer-facing role blends solution architecture, hands-on engineering, and client conversations.

You will work across ML/GenAI pipelines, design multi-agent workflows, and mentor engineers while delivering enterprise-ready AI platforms. Strong cloud, MLOps, and governance experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in traditional ML, with 2+ years Generative AI hands-on
• Strong experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Real-world experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks
• Strong Python skills for API wrappers and integrations
• Solid foundation in Transformers, CNNs, RNNs with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn
• Experience with NLP, embeddings, vector databases
• Hands-on with OpenAI, Llama/Llama2, Azure OpenAI
• Distributed cloud-native architectures (microservices, REST APIs)
• Proficiency with AWS/Azure/GCP plus Docker/Kubernetes
• MLOps/LLMOps experience and strong communication skills
• Bachelor's/Master's in CS/DS/Eng/Math/Stats
• Comfort with startup pace and ownership

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills - you can translate technical depth for non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field
• Comfort with startup pace and strong ownership mentality

Preferred Qualifications:

• LLM fine-tuning experience (LoRA, RLHF, PEFT)
• Performance optimization (GPU/TPU acceleration, quantization, pruning, distillation)
• AI observability/monitoring tool experience
• Familiarity with AI governance and compliance (GDPR, SOC 2)
• Prior consulting or solution-architecture experience shipping enterprise AI products
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or insurance
