Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Copilot Agent Builder / AI Engineer to design, develop, and govern Copilot Agents at enterprise scale within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will lead the Agent Factory program, define reusable patterns, ensure security and compliance, and mentor teams while delivering scalable agent-powered solutions across global sectors.

The role combines hands-on engineering with governance, CI-like validation, and documentation to enable IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in building AI agents, conversational systems, or GenAI-powered assistants.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio and/or Copilot Agent Builder.
• Solid understanding of agentic AI concepts: LLMs, tools/functions, reasoning, orchestration, context management.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and integrations.
• Ability to design enterprise-grade solutions with governance, security, and scalability in mind.
• Comfortable working in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to mentor and upskill less experienced developers or contributors.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Copilot Agents using Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Implement task-oriented, multi-step, and data-connected agents integrated with Microsoft 365 services.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and LLM interaction patterns.
• Integrate agents with enterprise data sources via Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, and connectors.
• Leverage Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to extend agent capabilities and automate workflows.
• Define and maintain the Agent Factory model: reusable templates and starter kits, design patterns and best practices, lifecycle standards.
• Ensure agents are production-ready, scalable, and maintainable.
• Contribute to CI-like approaches for agents (testing, structured validation, controlled publication).
• Design and enforce the Copilot Agents governance framework: security, compliance, and data protection policies.
• Act as a technical reference for Copilot Agents and agentic AI within the organization.
• Support and review agents developed by other teams, contribute to internal docs and enablement materials.
• Stay updated on agentic AI, Copilot roadmap, and GenAI innovations.

Job description

We are looking for a Copilot Agent Builder / Agentic AI Engineer reporting to the Productivity & UX AI Product Manager.

This role is responsible for the design, development, industrialization, and governance of Copilot Agents at enterprise scale, leveraging Copilot Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The position plays a key role in operating an Agent Factory, defining reusable patterns and standards, and ensuring that Copilot Agents are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs. The role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and governance design in the Sodexo environment.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Design & Development

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Copilot Agents using Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Implement task-oriented, multi-step, and data-connected agents integrated with Microsoft 365 services.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and LLM interaction patterns.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Design and enforce the Copilot Agents governance framework:
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and data protection policies (identity, access, data exposure).
• Provide clear technical documentation and guardrails for IT and business teams.

Enablement & Technical Leadership

• Act as a technical reference for Copilot Agents and agentic AI within the organization.
• Support and review agents developed by other teams (IT or business-led initiatives).
• Contribute to internal documentation, guidelines, and enablement materials.
• Participate in technology watch on agentic AI, Copilot roadmap, and Microsoft GenAI innovations, and assess their relevance for enterprise usage.

Profile

• 8-10 years of experience
• Confirmed or senior experience in building AI agents, conversational systems, or GenAI-powered assistants.
