Responsibilities

• Leading data analysis initiatives to drive insights and support strategic decision-making for clients
• Utilizing advanced analytics techniques and data manipulation skills to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
• Developing and implementing statistical models to solve complex business problems
• Guiding teams in the use of data visualization tools to enhance client presentations and reports
• Overseeing the development of machine learning algorithms to optimize client operations
• Collaborating with client teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics in business processes
• Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and objectives
• Mentoring team members to enhance their skills in data analysis and analytics software

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
• At least one of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
• Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Deep skill in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with strong Next.js (App Router) experience.
• Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.
• Hands‑on work with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), job queues, and event‑driven systems.
• Experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production, plus a strong grasp of application security.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Python for machine learning applications
• Utilizing data analysis software to derive actionable insights
• Engaging in algorithm development to enhance data processing
• Applying analytic research skills to support client projects
• Adapting to diverse client needs in a fast‑paced environment
