Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Associate AI Developer to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decisions. You will collaborate across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services to solve client challenges using advanced analytics, ML, and AI techniques.

You will develop Python-based analyses, build AI models, and contribute to solution delivery with a focus on data manipulation, visualization, and automation for diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Strong Python and SQL skills with data analytics experience.
Experience building AI/ML solutions and deploying models.

As an Agentic AI Developer - Associate, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Data, Analytics & AI practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity, contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
At least one of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.
Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Build or contribute to front-end interfaces for AI agent assets using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent).
Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users.
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.
Demonstrating proficiency in Python for machine learning applications
Utilizing data analysis software to derive actionable insights
Engaging in algorithm development to enhance data processing
Applying analytic research skills to support client projects
Adapting to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment
