Role Description

The Agency Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Madurai Area. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing agency partners and advisors to drive life insurance sales and expand the agency network. The manager will set performance targets, monitor sales activity, and provide regular coaching, training, and support to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing local business development initiatives, analyzing sales performance, implementing strategies to improve productivity, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, agency teams, and internal stakeholders. The role also involves preparing reports, sharing market and customer insights with leadership, and promoting a culture of ethical, customer-focused selling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency development, sales management, or distribution management, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
