Role Description

The Associate Agency Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing agency partners, ensuring they understand and effectively promote Axis Max Life’s protection and savings solutions. Day-to-day activities include guiding agents on sales processes, monitoring performance against targets, supporting field activities, and conducting regular training and coaching sessions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for product updates, compliance requirements, and customer service support, while maintaining accurate records of agency activities and outcomes. The Associate Agency Development Manager is expected to contribute to sustainable business growth through strong relationship management and consistent execution of sales strategies.
