Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Affluent Relationship Manager in Business Banking to manage high net worth clients, drive acquisition and deepen relationships with tailored banking solutions.

You will coordinate with Wealth, Trade and Treasury teams, ensure KYC/AML compliance, and deliver service excellence while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets across liabilities, assets and wealth products.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and manage relationships with HNIs.
• Identify and onboard HNI clients.
• Build strong relationships via profiling and personalized solutions.
• Cross-sell liabilities, assets, trade/forex, wealth, insurance and mutual funds.
• Execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Review portfolios regularly and recommend investments and credit products.
• Maintain high client engagement through regular interactions.
• Ensure service excellence, prompt query resolution and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Wealth, Trade and Treasury teams for seamless delivery.

• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend investment and credit products.
• Ensure high engagement through consistent client interactions.
• Service Excellence & Compliance
• Resolve client queries promptly within defined TAT.
• Adhere to KYC, AML, and all regulatory guidelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with internal teams (Wealth, Trade, Treasury) for seamless service delivery.
